📱 How this works
- Enter your WhatsApp Business number with country code — e.g. 27821234567 for South Africa
- Customise the greeting message that appears before the booking details
- When a client clicks Send Booking via WhatsApp, their phone opens WhatsApp with all their details pre-filled
- They tap Send — the booking lands straight in your WhatsApp inbox
- Reply to confirm their spot and send payment instructions

EmailJS Configuration
🔧 5-minute setup guide
- Go to emailjs.com → create a free account (200 emails/month free)
- Dashboard → Email Services → Add New Service → choose Gmail → connect your email
- Dashboard → Email Templates → Create Template → build 2 templates (one for you, one for the client). In both templates, set the To Email field to
{{to_email}} - Dashboard → Account → API Keys → copy your Public Key
- Fill all 4 fields below → click Save All Changes → click the test button

⚠️ In both templates on the EmailJS dashboard, set the To Email field to {{to_email}} so the system can route admin emails to you and client emails to the customer.
